Friday Favorites

Happy Friday! I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for the weekend to be here. I’m not really sure why though, as it has been a pretty mellow week. Thanks for all of the kind comments about my calendar projects. I had so much fun putting them all together and I love how I was able to get some many projects out of a single idea. With my rambling out of the way, let’s get started with this week’s favorites.

First up, please welcome Corinna McGregor (Stamping with a Java Junkie) – check out THIS super cute card that Corinna made. There is so much I love and admire about this card. Like her fabulous COPIC marker coloring skills. The stitching and the placement of all the bling. And the bling swirls match perfectly with the swirls in the Fall Fillers stamp set she used.

Vicki Wizniuk (Wizard’s Hangout) – Vicki’s been up to her usual crafty self again. Check out THIS cute little thank you card set. I love the color combo of Sky Blue and Chocolate. The whole set looks so simple, yet so elegant.

Kristina Werner (Werner Design Blog) – How cute is THIS card? On the face of it, it looks relatively simple, but yet it gets the message across. And how great to play off of clothes hanging from a clothesline.

Taylor (Taylored Expressions) – Taylor has been running a “12 Days of Christmas” series on her blog and I really enjoyed the little tutorial she posted on Day 6 (click HERE). Miss B is really getting into hair accessories and making some of these hair clips would be a great rainy day project.

Andrea Walford – I’m not one for really making Halloween cards and thus don’t really buy a lot of Halloween related crafty items. But I love THIS card that Andrea made. I keep going back to her blog to look at it and am kind wishing I had ordered the Halloween paper in my last SU order.

Okey dokey – that about wraps it up for this week. Have a good one!
