For Rent - Revisited

Some of you may remember my post about the "For Rent" sign that I drive by on my way to work. Lately, I've been going a different way. However, this morning I was back to my regular routine and would you believe that the "For Rent" sign is still there? But it gets better. If I didn't know better, I would think person might have read my last post because there was a lot more information posted. And now, instead of just one apartment for rent, there are two - all for the whopping deal of $1300/month for one and $1450/month for the other. Is this person for real? Seems a bit on the high side if you ask me. Especially given that at least one of the apartments has been available for 6 months. This person seriously should think about handing over the responsibility to a property management company because the signage at the end of the driveway is not going to cut it. And the cost of having someone else finding renters has got to be cheaper than leaving it unoccupied for 6+ months. Right?
