Friday was a little like Christmas. I received a bunch of new goodies - new product from the upcoming CTMH Summer catalog and new stamps from TAC. Almost too much stuff because I wanted to play with all, but didn't know where to start. Plus, Friday was stamp club night. So the new stuff had to wait. A good portion of Saturday was spent doing Easter-related things. Our neighborhood had an egg hunt for all of the kids, followed by a potluck. And of course, Miss B still needed to color her own eggs for the Easter Bunny. But with all that we had to do, I did still manage to craft a bit (mostly worked on some scrapbook layouts).
Today (Happy Easter) is a pretty low key day. It is pouring down rain and, all in all, a good day to just hunker down and be crafty. First on my list was Taylor's weekly cupcake challenge (
#63). This week's sketch was perfect for one of my new TAC images (Everything is Blooming). When I saw this little girl, I just knew I had order the set. And I love how it gave me a chance to work on my COPIC coloring. Isn't she adorable?
Products used: TAC Everything is Blooming, Crate Paper Lemongrass Collection, CTMH Just Blooms, Stamping Bella flower button, COPIC markers.
