Wow - where has the time gone? I can't believe it has been over 2 weeks since I last posted. It isn't that I haven't done anything crafty. Although I haven't done as much as I would have liked. I'll definitely be posting some pics tonight or tomorrow to show what I learned yesterday.
Speaking of... yesterday, I attended the COPIC Designer Certification class here in Seattle. What a great class! I definitely felt a little out of my element amongst such great talent. I have so much to learn. But Marianne did a great job and I took home some new techniques that I love and I can't believe how something that ended up being so simple made such a huge difference in my coloring. I even was doodling. Which for those of you who know me and/or have seen my pristine handwriting - you can imagine how doodling might be difficult for me. When I showed my husband one of my practice sheets, he said he was more impressed with the free hand doodling I did than the coloring I did of stamped images. Which then led him to ask me if I was going to buy all of the marker sets. Ha ha. Maybe someday.
Anyways, I'm really looking forward to seeing what I can come up with - applying what I learned yesterday. Stay tuned for the pics.
